After earning an MBA from Brenau University in her hometown of Gainesville, Georgia, Kelsey Woodard pursued a business career in manufacturing procurement. But real estate was never far from her mind. She cherished childhood memories of her grandfather, a homebuilder who would take her along as he made his rounds of construction sites.
When Kelsey became a Realtor® in 2017, success came quickly as she soared past $4 million in sales in 2019. After taking time off for twin boys in 2020, she resumed her thriving career, serving Athens-Clarke, Oconee, Jackson, Madison, Barrow, and Oglethorpe counties. With a knack for making personal connections and building relationships, she is equally at ease with first-time buyers, sellers, and investors.
Real estate comes naturally to Kelsey as she guides people to a home that exactly fits their needs. Open communication enables her to help clients navigate the process with confidence, secure in making major financial decisions. She says, “I always persist through the challenges and get my clients to the closing table with happy hearts!”
As multitasking parents to three rowdy boys, Owen and twins Clarke and Connor, Kelsey and her husband, Zach, are active in their church and community, volunteering with Extra Special People (ESP) and supporting local shops and restaurants. In leisure time, Kelsey likes to read and loves being at the beach, boating, and tubing, as well as browsing for antiques and taking the boys to the park. With the belief that committing to exercise plays an important role in the success of a businessperson, she also enjoys doing Pure Barre up to five times a week.
ZACH WOODARD
OCC Group Office Manager
Zach is the husband of Kelsey and Dad to Owen, Clarke, and Connor. They stay busy traveling with family, fishing with the boys, and golfing when they get a chance! Zach has a background in Insurance Sales and Human Resources since 2011.
Zach takes care of sign installation as well as marketing and accounting duties for the OCC Group. Together, Kelsey and Zach hope to show kindness and appreciation to everyone they have the opportunity to meet!
Alys Davis
Realtor
Alys' father was a builder, and mother was a realtor, so she spent many summers on job sites - Sawdust is still her favorite scent. 😊 Naturally, she fell in love with the buying, selling, and building processes from an early age.
In 2021 after more than 12 years in the accounting field, she stepped out from behind the comfort of her desk to pursue something she was always passionate about – real estate.
Alys brings peace to the process for her clients by marrying her business skills from time spent managing an accounting department and her love and knowledge of real estate .
She most enjoys getting to pursue both her passion for houses as well as creating lasting connections with the people who make them homes.
In her free time she loves spending time at sporting events with her sweet family, taking her rescue pup Parker-Jo on hikes and hammock time, and playing HGTV around the house tackling way too many DIY projects.
